Sunnybake Power Dough Conditioner

A powdered dough conditioner which at a 1- 1.5% addition rate, is a perfect way to improve water uptake, loaf volume, crumb structure and shelf life of baked yeast-raised products.

Sunnybake Golden Grains Dough Conditioner

A powdered dough conditioner which can be added to Snowbird Golden Flakes at a 10% addition rate to improve the water uptake, loaf volume, crumb structure and shelf life of the baked loaves.
